Return Policy
All sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at 210-585-8410.
If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 5 days of receiving the item in order to have it replaced.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless you have purchased shipping protection through us. We package our shipments VERY well.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need make a claim with the shipping company. If you have purchased insurance though us when placing your order, you can click on the "file a claim" button at the bottom of our site in the event something is wrong with your order.
If you have a discount code to enter while checking out, and it does not work, don't complete your order. There are other Reelskin distributors and you will need to use their code on their site.
If you are placing an order and reside in Canada, be aware that Canadian import fees may be charged and you will be liable for paying those fees. We have no control over import fees charged by Canada.
Returned Packages (rejected or undeliverable)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable. If you are using PayPal Express Checkout, you must make sure your shipping address on the PayPal Website is correct.
Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.
