Shipping policy
All sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at 210-585-8410.
If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 5 days of receiving the item in order to have it replaced.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our shipments VERY well.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need make a claim with the shipping company. If you have purchased shipping insurance from us during your original transaction, we will help you with your claim. Please scroll to the bottom of our site and click "Insurance Claim Request" in the event your order is lost, stolen, damaged.
All of our items ship from Texas. Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS. When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday or Sunday. Although USPS gives approximate delivery dates, these are not always reliable.
NOTICE: All orders placed and shipped to Canada will incur Canadian import fees. Please note we have absolutely no control over Canadian import structures/fees. You agree to pay said fees if you are ordering for shipment to Canada.
Returned Packages (rejected or undeliverable)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable. If address is incorrect and package is returned you may be subject to reshipment fees. If you are using PayPal Express Checkout, you must make sure your shipping address on the PayPal Website is correct.
Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.
