Refund policy

All sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at 210-585-8410 or email support@reelskin.com

If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 5  days of receiving the item in order to have it replaced.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our shipments VERY well.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need make a claim with the shipping company. If you have purchased shipping insurance from us during your original transaction,  we will help you with your claim.  Please scroll to the bottom of our site and click "Insurance Claim Request" in the event your order is lost, stolen, damaged. 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders upon review. We only sell to verified traditional and cosmetic tattoo artists. By purchasing our products, you are stating that you are a professional licensed artist, and agree that you are using them at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless the owner of this supply company, Terry Lively, and all employees thereof, for your use of these products.

All of our items ship from Texas. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (ex:  Priority Mail) that are placed by 12 noon central time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS.  When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday or Sunday.All of our items ship from Texas.  Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS.   Although USPS gives approximate delivery dates, these are not always reliable. 

NOTICE: All orders placed and shipped to Canada will incur Canadian import fees.  We have absolutely no control over this.  

Returned Packages (rejected or undeliverable)

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable. If you are using PayPal Express Checkout, you must make sure your shipping address on the PayPal Website is correct.

Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.
